- Madden 18,Week 12 NFL simulation results

The normal weekly simulation is back in full force after a little adjusting for Thanksgiving Day. We’re thankful for it, too; as Madden went 2-1 in predicting Thursday’s tripleheader to get a head start on a full slate of games on Sunday and Monday. It brings the current season record to 96-67 in addition to last week’s 8-6 mark. With no more bye weeks for the rest of the year as teams make a final playoff push, there’s no telling what might happen on the real-life and virtual gridiron. Of course, here are the usual parameters for the simulation:

    Absolutely no user games were played.
    Live rosters used were up to date as of November 24, 2017, and we had to make just a few changes to account for injuries and suspensions
    Screenshots were taken after using Super Sim.
    Settings included All-Pro difficulty, Simulation sliders and six-minute quarters.

Cincinnati Bengals 27, Cleveland Browns 20

Joe Mixon ran for two touchdowns, and Adam Jones took an 89-yard fumble recovery back for a touchdown as the Bengals snagged a win in Ohio’s second-favorite football rivalry. Both of Mixon’s scores came in the first and fourth quarter as he took 26 carries for 84 yards in the win. Andy Dalton threw for 223 yards and an interception, as A.J. Green was his primary target with seven catches for 96 yards.

Randy Bullock hit two of his three field goal attempts, the longest from 39 yards, as time expired in the second quarter. Deshone Kizer threw for just 187 yards in Cleveland’s loss while Isiah Crowell took 29 carries for 104 yards and the team’s lone touchdown. Zane Gonzalez was also perfect in his four field goal attempts, with the longest coming from 50 yards out.
