I hope that on account of the results of the last World Cup (during which UEFA and CONMEBOL outclassed all other confederations confirming that they thoroughly deserved all the berths they were allotted), CONCACAF may receive the right number of berths. That is, why does AFC automatically get 4 berths with a chance of one more given that at WC2014 all its 4 representatives finished at the bottom of their groups with very poor performances? Ditto for CAF even if this time 2 African teams advanced to the knock-out stage.
