I guess in a capitalist world, those who have money will continue to exploit, and will continue doing so as long as the bottomline is not affected. The enigmatic Kosh are an ancient race that long ago ruled the lands now comprising the Magic alignment. The Kosh believe they are the children of the Sun God and that Black Gold-bestowed from this divine being-is what endowed them with exceptional intelligence and physical might.

 

The game includes three types of battle vehicles: land, Air and water; there are currently 32 total battle vehicles; 18 are personal battle vehicles while 14 are specifically for use in the game’s Energy Well battle. Those vehicles can only be used in the open world, but not in battlefields, arenas or dungeons. The game has a great focus on large-scale team battles and offers enormous open world PvP battles between the two factions, where players can directly attack each other without warning, as well as many large-scale world events involving team PvP, such as town sieges and the Energy Well, which may turn a whole map into a battlefield.  The world in Black Gold is huge, with 300 square kilometers of land to explore and over 3000 dynamic events of varying sizes to take part in. Some of those events may trigger new quests or affect other players. There are over 100 different kinds of vehicles to use as mounts and in battle, including mechs, tanks and dragons. Black Gold offers both PvE and PvP and several systems, such as one that offers the option to create your custom spells.

 

Notice to disillusioned classic MMO fans: there is still hope. Where Black Gold strikes a blow is that it does not try, and this at any time, to position itself as a white knight trying to save the MMORPG genre with blows of novelties.
